More confidence in the outcome

Before this, I was prone to second-guessing. I would go back and forth between options and end up questioning if I was going in the wrong direction. A sound plan has taken much of the emotion out of the process. I’m still inquisitive and want to know the reasoning behind a suggestion, but I do not feel as though every little change puts me back at square one. There is a structure in place now that I can rely on when a decision is called for.
