VERY BAD SERVICE

<p>On tuesday night 2017/07/18 my geyser burst. As it was still under warrenty absa insurance notified Franke Geysers. They sent out 1 of their contractors named A1 Plumbers to replace the geyser which they did. After they left i went to check the ceiling s that i could inform ABSA INSURANCE whether there was any water damage to the ceiling. There was no water damage but the ceiling was cracked. I know for a fact that it was not damaged earlier as i was in the roof with a previous plumber who confirmed that the geayser busrt and that it was still under warrenty. I sent Fred from FI PLUMBERS a foto of damage and his reply was that he believe his guys that it was not them who broke the ceiling and his guys are ver trustworthy. I informed him that his guys sold me a spare for the geyser without an invoice which they fetched from his vehicle - according to him he did not know about that - so they are not as trust worthy as he says they are. He actually still maintains it was not his guys</p> <p>i Then spoke to Franke geysers as they sent FI plumbers to my house. a Person called Les told me that they are not taking responsibilty and will not get involved</p> <p>i suppose there is not much i can do other than warn people about F1 PLUMBERS. will still speak to ABSA INSURANCE COMPANY to see what there take is on this whole issue</p>
