What was actually done to my car ?

On Friday, 27th March, I took my vehicle to F1 for a MAJOR service. I have a Chrysler, PT Cruiser. According to the Chrysler maintenance schedule log book, there were specific things that were to be done. This book was given to the people that picked up my car for the service.
I always deal with Nolan, but on that day he was absent. I then dealt with Bobby, the owner/ manager. I told him exactly what I wanted done and asked for 2 front tyres, under the impression that it was going to be rethreads. He quoted me R2300.00 and I accepted. I went and drew the R2300.00 cash as I was going to be charged an additional 5% for paying by card. I paid in advance and I received invoice 34699 which stated Major service, 2 x 205 165x16 tyres as well as fit 1/2 balance.
The service was done on Monday,30th. Tuesday I filled the tank and I was told the car needed a pint of oil. I phoned immediately and complained. When i took the car for roadworthy on Friday 10th March it failed because the tyre that was supposed to be replaced was very worn. The air filter was not replaced. I went back and got a front tyre replaced. Now I wonder if there was anything done to the car? I don't think so. It's just sad
