Unprofessional

Overall unprofessional experience. The office lost our personal information that was completed for our file. We visited the office to complete a new form, but this was reported as we want to "dodge" our account and not seen as to update their records to support efficient communication. We visited the office twice to resolve the personal information update issue as well as the billing issue, but lady doing account not available on both visits with a promise on call backs - waited 2 weeks for her to call us back after second visit, still no call. When we queried why personal contact information was lost - zero feedback. This is a data breach listed as per the POPI Act . They shared the bill with next of kin - never indicated that they don't have main members number and handed this over to their attorneys incurring additional cost. Keeping next of kin responsible. Very unprofessional - would not recommend
