DISHONEST,BAD WORKMANSHIP,UNRELIABLE

Dear fellow patron, Never do business with Mister Shaun Davis (F S Marketing) - He advertises his business on Facebook. We hired him to build a room during lockdown as he had a permit, paid a deposit, gave him additional work to his quote while he was busy and we were promised a 10 year warranty on everything. All was good until his staff broke a window and he needed to replace it.....twice (delaying work......twice) that's when the excuses started, it took him 2 weeks to replace that, after much nagging. Towards the end of our project he didnt bring any staff, stating that his vehicle was overheating, a few days later, he only sent one staff member to finish up, which was quite the task for one person, we were then told by his staff member that Shaun told him (after an hour and a half of him waiting) he has to find his own way home as Shaun and the other members were at a different site, so we had to drive his memeber quite the distance to find a taxi and give him taxi money. His paint work was horrifying, we have white patches coming through dark blue paint, the light switch is loose, The window is leaking and the roof is leaking, we contacted him first thing regarding the leak as it leaks through the window and at the joints reaching half way in the room ceiling, we have been struggling to get him to come and repair his poor work since the beginning of the rainy season 2020. Shaun's total lack of regard indicates that he just fine with running away with peoples hard earned money and providing shoddy work as long as his pockets are filled
