RUDENESS

I have recently found this shop in Johannesburg CBD and was extremely excited because their products are affordable. There was a particular product that I wanted to buy but I was told that it'll be available the following day from their other store.

They gave me a business card to call them and check if they have stock. Unfortunately the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. When I asked when they'll have stock I was told that they don't know.
