Promises ??? Lies ??? 60 days no car ??

My mother bought a car at a dealer in Vanderbijlpark The dealer sent the car for repairs to F&D tune-up centre on 11/05/15.The car had difficulty to start. Now 60 days later the car is still at their workshop,then it's a idle problem, then it is a electric wire problem. Several times Derrick has promised to deliver the car,on this day, on that day,and we are still waiting. My mother was told the car was sent to a company in Vereeniging to sort out problem. My brother went the same day, just to find out that they were lying as the car was still on the their premises in VDBP. My mother called regularly to follow up as they are pensioners. The owner (Frikkie) eventually told my mother that should they continue to phone so often that they will leave the job and finish it when they want to My mother has a heart ailment and needs to go to Baragwanath regularly. They have made several calls, travelled by taxi to check status. Twice, she had to cancel due to the fact that the car was at the tune-up centre.
