Most disgusting experience

The most unpleasant and irritating experience I've encountered. From inception of my quote it's been a nightmare, no one returns calls and then I'm told I'm moving somewhere completely different to where I booked, I'm now sitting a day prior to collection and can't get any information from anyone. I've called over 8 times today and just thrown from pillar to post. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Disgraceful and embarrassing for a company that says it's service orientated
