Appalling Behaviour

Terrible Experience, booked directly with the establishment not on websites and paid for multiple 6 sleeper units for a group of Senior Citizens, only to arrive at the resort and find we were duped into 4 sleepers with add on for 2 kids, in an open plan setting, absolutely indiscreet for adults. Upon making contact with the owner she refused to assist us with an additional room to accommodate for the mis-advertising, and went to the extent of blaming us for not informing her that couples would be staying in the units, and stating that we should have done our research, we distinctly booked the units for a group of senior citizens, all adults no children. She refused to assist and has left over 40 seniors stranded and forced to accept these accommodations. Her lack of service and ethics is appalling, I would never recommend this resort to anyone, as the are ********* in their practices and were happy to dupe over 40 old age people into units that should never be occupied with the numbers they expected.
