UNRESOLVED VEHICLE TRANSPORT REFUND – R5,000 I would like to share our experience with this vehicle transport company and bring an unresolved matter to the attention of other consumers. We paid R5,000 deposit to this vehicle carrier to collect a vehicle from Ventersburg Towing. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not collected by this carrier, and we had to make alternative arrangements to get the vehicle transported. Despite numerous requests for our R5,000 refund, the money has still not been received and months have past. We were previously advised that the refund had been paid and would reflect within a few days. We also requested proof of payment, but the matter remains unresolved. This has been extremely frustrating, as we paid for a service that was not carried out by this carrier and have spent considerable time trying to recover our money. We are simply asking for the outstanding R5,000 to be refunded and for this matter to be resolved. I am sharing our personal experience
