Ezingweni Safari Lodge en Day Bush Spa is a disaster, false marketing on their webpage

I had the worst experience at this place. My husband and I booked this place on our anniversary when we got there, the gentleman at the reception requested us to pay for the room and gave us the key to check-in. When we got to the room, it was a disaster, the room is dusty, the linen is just a disaster for a couple to sleep in. Oh my word, I was just not happy at all. We drove out and went to the shop to get a few items. When we came back we asked the staff if they could give bus better linen at least and they went and checked and said no they cant, that the only linen. I told the guy that we are not happy and we will give our review based on the experience. There and then the guy said hes calling management, and came back and told us that Management said we can leave, they will refund us if we are not happy. They took my banking details. A few weeks when I called to check when is the money being deposited. The owner told me we will not get any refund. I told her I will escalate the matter, she said to who because shes the boss and owner, i wont get anything. Now she has blocked my husband's calls and we still haven't received the money. To warn anyone wanting to go to this place. Its not an ideal place to visit, they have fancy pictures on their website but when you see the place is just a disaster.
