You may be paying for a service that was never performed.
They iron dirty clothes instead of washing them. Twice I've used their drop-off wash service. Both times I got my clothes back pressed and folded to look clean, but the stains were still there. Not tough stains, a damp cloth wiped them straight off. The clothes were never washed, just ironed to **** a finish and handed back to me. Check your items before you leave. You may be paying for a service that was never actually performed.
