Poor service

Ezi Properties (Lucia Du Plessis)was facilitated the buying of my property. I gave instructions regarding the buying of the property and she did not inform the sellers that Building rubble and gardening rubble and personal stuff must be removed. On the day I moved in week after arrangements nothing was done. The sellers left all there ******* and now I have to pay R8700 for the removal.

She(Lucia Du Plessis and EZI Properties received there moneys) and claim that she have sent a contractor to remove the rubble and paid for it. The contractor only came once with a small LDV and never again. The building rubble and garden rubble still not removed sins July 2026.

This is very poor service and arrogancy to take moneys from clients and do not deliver promises as per email sent to me from lawyers. Our monies are good but service is very poor.....this is related to *****.
