Ezey Tours rude staff and Poor service

I am so disapointed on EzeyTours Quad Bike Adventure (Atlantis Dunes). I booked 2 tickets for me and my wife during our visit to Cape Town in December 2025. We had an emergency and we therefore could'nt make it to the area and we had to cancel. We did not get our refund and there is no sign that I'll be getting my money back. I called the number on their website, and someone called Collen answered the phone. He made my encounter even worse, he was so rude. As I was trying to query this with him, he rudely interupted me on the phone, and told me that I can't just call him and say that I bought a ticket online, and I can't just call and complain...I asked him "why are you fighting with me?" he said to me - bra, you will call me when you are ready to talk to me, and he hung up the phone in my ear! Bear in mind that I paid R1,200 for both tickets, and only to get a spit in my face from Collen like that. :( This is the worst customer service from Ezey Tours Quad Bike Adventure, in fact, day light ******* and disrespect!!!
