Outstanding Craftsmanship & Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended
We cannot recommend Ezee Model Customs highly enough! The team did an absolutely incredible job creating three lifelike scale models of our cars. The level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality of the finished models is simply outstanding. Every little feature has been captured so accurately, and the end result exceeded all of our expectations. A special thank you to Zoey and the entire team for all the time, effort, and dedication you put into bringing our vision to life. Your passion for what you do truly shows in the quality of your work. We are beyond happy with our custom models and will definitely recommend Ezee Model customs to anyone looking for exceptional, high-quality custom scale models. Ezee Model Customs- Dishonest
I placed an order August 2025 to be delivered by November 2025 , I was told the order would be out by December before they shutdown there were numerous excuses as to why my project was not delivered within its expected time frame, it is July 2026 and I am still waiting on my projects , everytime I requested feedback their assistant zoey was rude and the owner zee would get involved and lie on ETAs and how far the project was to the point where I contacted the transporter myself and found out my shipments were never dropped off or collected. Dont even bother wasting your time contacting them for a quote they request payment upfront and play in your face as well as waste your time.

Complete ****. Do not order from them!!!! I am still waiting for 6+ months for my order (They state the order will arrive in 6-8 weeks). The owner constantly pushes the date further when I ask when I will receive my order. This has been the worst, most ************* business I have ever encountered. The good reviews on here are either **** made by the business themselves, or are done by the few happy customers, while majority of the time customers are unhappy. The owner constantly states he is running an honest business for the past 8 years, it seems like he uses this to make you believe his business is legit and to further delay the order. I'm truly waiting for the day this business gets shut down. Absolutely horrible experience :(

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. At the beginning of April, I paid R2,500 in full for a custom car model. We are now almost at the end of June, and I have been informed that it is apparently still only in the design phase, with no meaningful progress made. Communication has been incredibly poor throughout this process. I receive little to no feedback on WhatsApp and constantly have to follow up myself for updates. Many of my messages have gone unanswered, which has been very frustrating. I have been patient and understanding because I know custom projects take time. However, after nearly three months with no progress and almost no communication, I can no longer justify waiting. This model was meant to be a special gift for my boyfriend after he was involved in a minor car accident, so it carried a great deal of sentimental value. Unfortunately, due to the delays, that opportunity has now been lost. At this point, I am publicly requesting a full refund of the R2,500 I paid. I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved professionally and without any further delays.

I have recently received a BEAUTIFUL model from them it was done to absolute perfection and worth every cent you spend. The staff are always helpful and the owner Zee will go out of his way for every customer. Just a reminder that if you as client and/or potential client are reading this just always keep in mind small businesses also have their obstacles and you will definitely get the perfect end result you expect. Outstanding Custom Model & Exceptional Service! I recently ordered a model car from Ezee Model Customs, and I am absolutely blown away by the result. The level of detail is stunning—it looks exactly like the real car, just in miniature form! The service I received from the owner, Zee, was truly excellent. He was always responsive, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making sure I was informed every step of the way. It’s worth noting that they are in high demand, so it’s important to place your order in advance and be patient—but I can honestly say the wait is 100% worth it. I needed the model as a birthday gift, and Zee went above and beyond to ensure it was completed and delivered on time. That extra effort meant a lot and was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Ezee Model Customs to anyone looking to create a beautiful, custom model of their own car. You won’t be disappointed!

Ezee Model Customs are ****s and *******.
I paid R2100 for a model Car on the 3rd of September 2025, I was told it’ll take about 4 - 6 weeks. After being ignored by the owner on multiple occasions and being **** to about the progress of the model car they still haven’t delivered it to this day, the 23rd of January 2026. Every month or so the owner & their WhatsApp manager would lie and say the model car will be “this week for sure.” This went on from November which was already two months late. It’s now been over 5 months almost and the owner refuses to acknowledge my request for a refund and simply says “the car is ready for delivery this week for sure.” Even though I requested a refund months ago in November after the first few lies.
