Unacceptable
This company continually spams my mailboxes.
Tireless efforts and complaints. Requests to stop mailing any of my three mailboxes fall on deaf ears.
I have requested that they stop mailing me, despite not actually having a \please unsubscribe me"option on their mail.
I have tried to phone them to get them to stop"

We wish to state that Ezee-Dex does not send spam emails. Promotional emails are sent to contacts that have agreed to be listed on the database. These do have an unsubscribe or delist option. These can either be done automatically or via an email which is attended to within a working day.
Your company has been listed as a vendor for one of our clients. The information was obtained from you on 13/03/2012. Emails have been sent at regular intervals requesting you to update the contact details on behalf of our client. This included emails requesting your company to update your BEE certificate or status. These emails were thus legitimate business requests and in no way spam or malicious. The emails that you sent back were in response to the above emails.
On 3 Nov you sent a 'delist'. This was attended to on the same day.
It is concerning that you state that you have tried phoning Ezee-Dex and had no response. Our staff are usually very helpful in this regard and management is always available to assist. While I can understand your frustration, as this could have been resolved in a short telephone chat. It is not our policy to refuse to co-operate but to be as helpful as poss
