Violation of privacy - Arrogant

The consultant that phoned me today, after I said no thank you yesterday, is WAY too pushy for his own good. If I said no, then no amount of talking over me, or down to me like I'm stupid will change my mind... And another thing, when I ask where they got my details from, I expect an answer - I didn't ask you to phone me! And if I ask you to remove my details from your system, then I EXPECT that you do it. This place just really gets under my skin!!
