Provider expects me to pay for their mistake. Ezdebt was supposed to consolidate all my accounts and stop all debit orders then have me pay one installment to them Monthly. One of the debit orders was not stopped, the creditor kept on debiting my account so when Ezdebt tried to debit their installment the funds were insufficient in my account. My efforts to fix this with Ezdebt were unsuccessful as they never answered my calls nor rep**** to my emails. Now when I want to sign with a another Debt Counsellor they say I must pay them 70% of my installment before they can transfer me to another provider. I do not understand what for as they did nothing but waste my time.... they should infact be paying me.
