Poor communication, questioning their legitness
I registered with the company two months back. Friday was my second debit order. Now I struggle getting hold of the agents, they blue tick me or grey tick without reply. They are attentive and on time before signing up. Soon after sign up they starting dragging they feet. I’m starting to think it’s not legit, the communication level is worrying me.
