POOR COMMUNICATION.

I singed up with EzDebt solutions on the 18 March 2021. When they sent the documents through everything was not correct or filled in correctly. I had to phone or send emails on many occasions informing them and still did not receive any. My first debit order went off on the 25 April 2021 for R3078.00 and as informed my Creditors will be paid. Then in the 14 May 2021 Leshe McGregor sent a message say that they received communication that there is a court order granted against me. So they are unable to assist me and will refund the 3078.00

She then called me back to say they will keep me on as a client and pay my creditor for April and going forward every month. I requested a statement for April and have not received it. My account was again debited for 3078 on the 25 May 2021 and i received a statement showing the payment for May to my Creditors, But there is an amount difference.

I was also informed by the same agent that because I am not signed up with them she will issue me with a retraction letter, which i also have not received. The agent is not taking my call, I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE AMOUNT DEBITED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT IN APRIL 2021 BECAUSE NO STATEMENT WAS SENT TO ME FOR THAT MONTH.
