Misrepresentation and ***** by EZ Debt solutions

My name is Nhlakanipho Alfred Thumbathi. I previously shared my experience regarding this company. Unfortunately, I couldn't mention their exact name due to fact that I used the name which they use in their Gmail. However, today I got the name, is EZ Debt solutions., Registration number NCR DC 3517. Email:***. As I àmentioned before, they frequently and *******ly enrolled me into the process of debt review. It didn't end there , on the 15th February 2023 they debited my account, but the money didn't reach my creditors . Yesterday, Consumer Friend a company Contacted by Sanlam threatened to hand over my account . The reason being that I am in arrears amounting to more than R4 000 excluding the monthly installment of R5 820.02. The explanation I got from Consumer Friend is that EZ didn't bother to negotiate a reduction in my installments, they unilaterally paid around R1 200 hence the huge arrears in my account. I purchased a car in 2020 with VW finance, they also debited my account in February , however, nothing was paid to VW finance. I had to call the creditors to start to debit my account to avoid the problem of being handed over. Instead of canceling the *****ulent deal they only suspended it. Currently they said they will cancel and I have to pay R5000 for that., despite that they misrepresented me. In February they debited R13 201, from account which is not accounted for . There's a lot that I went through but this is just a brief summary. Lastly they can lie big and people must be alerted before falling into the trap. Regards,
