I had the absolute pleasure of working with Tania Florence. She assisted me in clearing a flag on my name that i was struggling with for over 5 years. This woman went above and beyond, day in day out keeping me updated with all comms. She also has the most amazing personality. Always understanding or going the extra mile to understand her customers to know how to fully assist them. I would 10000percent recommend this woman to anyone. It is very rare to see customer service staff take this much pride in their work. Big ups to this lady. If i knew her address i would send some nice goodies to say thank you ❤️
