Company refuses to stop calling me

I do not have debt and have never enquired about any debt relief. Yet daily I get harassing unsolicited calls from this company even after numerous instructions to remove my number from their data base and to stop calling me! If I get another call I’m officially initiating an interdict in terms of the Protection from Harassment Act to prevent this company from contacting me. As per section 39 of POPIA, I have never opted into your service or have an existing relationship with you! Your telemarketers are rude when I enquired where they got my number from.

Funny how they contact you on your phone and if you complain on hellopeter they have a generic reply that YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR NUMBER SO THAT THEY CAN STOP HARASSING YOU., the have a generic reply assholes keep phoning me, after I on numerous occasions requested that my number be removed from their system. I will now proceed with an application ito POPIA and Protection from Harassment Act. See you in court ezdebt solutions
