Last year I inquired about Debt Review from a different company (I have also rated them on this site)

I didn't agree to apply and confirmed with them that I first wanted to know all the ins and outs, but without notice, my accounts were flagged and my near perfect credit score was zero. (I had recently had a baby and just wanted to see if it would be worth my while, although I had not skipped a payment up to that point.) I can contact them any time via WhatsApp, phonecall or email and the response-time is next to none, so I feel at ease with my decision and know that my financial state is well on it's way to be rectified. They keep me updated every step of the way.
