EZDEBT - VERY ***** AND POOR SERVICES

1.) They dont pay the creditors as per the agreed amount. 2.) They will try to prolong payments after instructing them to reallocate the funds as agreed then ignore your request or do there own thing after confirming that we are in charge of where the funds need to go after an account is fully paid up. 3.) For the first two years it was going well. Then after the third year, they will start paying the creditors late. 4.) I am getting sms's and emails again from creditors that i am failing to honor the dates. 5.) DONT EVER SIGN UP WITH EZDEBT. POOR SERVICE AND THEY DONT RESLOVE MATTERS AND DONT KEEP THERE CONTRACT AGREEMENT. 6.) Extremely poor in documentation. Each year they will send me resign of court documents because the excuse was they lost the documents and now they want them resigned so the creditors don't ask for more money. They would also send incorrect documents with incorrect information on it for debit mandates.

I am very sorry that i got my wife and I into this sort of business.
