Dishonest mediation process
Dishonest, offer you solutions to help clear your debt burden but don’t disclose t’s & c’s upfront, put a debit order on your bank before sending paperwork. Don’t tell you upfront that they take 1 installment plus VAT before they even start negotiating with your creditors, it’s ******** and *******, won’t give you documents telling how they pay your creditors, say a term but schedule is longer. Say once off fee payment but then take another 10% every month. Dangerous if you’re in debt.
