Customer service is leave much to be desired

So frustrated with EZdebt solutions. No updates or answers to my queries and concerns. Trying to get answers from my portfolio manager so my queries, i dont get answers just, we still looking into it but that was since the 12th December. Trying to set up with her, either waited with no call even though she confirmed she will call, then goes on leave when she said we can meet and takes a walk in when she confirmed again she would call. Don't seem your clients are important to your business. Schedules one for 2pm yesterday with both portfolio manager and debt counsellor, no one calls. I have laid a complaint with the NCR and i want to cancel. Your service is , i don't have words to explain, let's say leave much to be desired. You take my money, charge aftercare fees but i get no after care service.
