The worst app ever !

If the was a 0(zero) rating I would gladly give it without hesitation and second thoughts. It is the worst nightmare ever. I'm stuck at the temporary password since forever, they are busy sending me OTP which I don't need! I DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. WHO IS THE PROGRAMMER AND WHY DID NSFAS APPRROVE IT ANYWAYS ! This is frustrating to be honest.
