ezaga withdrawal

I had a problem with Nedbank ATM that restarted while i was withdrawing money but Nedbank send back the money to ezaga account of which i cant see the funds in my account i cant get hold of the money that i was withdrawing it does appear in my phone or ezaga account and i really need that money that Nedbank sent back to ezaga. ive been waiting for my funds to appear in my phone ***
