Complaint about Ezaga(NSFAS)

The service is poor,I tried to withdrawal money using my Ezaga card and it did not work,then I tried to use the ewithdrawal via Nedbank I did not receive the voucher,then tried to send some money to my Capitec account it still did not work it hasn't reflected and when I try calling it does not go through,sending messages via WhatsApp they don't reply ,I email they don't reply and I really need this money ,the service is very poor and unprofessional.
