Refund over the funeral cover which is ****

I took a loan last year in April at EZ4U Loans in sunnyside helped by a lady called Dephney.They asked me to swipe my bank card and sign for funeral cover of 6 months in case of death they would recover they're money.I paid what i owe them in 5 months in Sept.I was surprise to get deduction in october and in November i went back to branch in Tramshed so it didnt help.Even now they are deducting funeral cover that i dont want. I want my refunds from October 2016 until now with interest as when i loaned they charged me interest. If i die my kids wont benefit anything because they dont even have offices. I feel that im being de*****ed by people we trust. please i was my money back
