Misled with loan application

Ez4u approached me for a loan 7 March 2024, I agreed, for a loan amount of R3000, the lady informed me the funds will be paid out within a day or 2, then it became a week then on the 18th March I've emailed her to cancel because it's taking to long and payday is around the corner she agreed to cancel I have all the emails in writing, on the 25 March EZ4U loans deducted R1800 out of my bank account even though I did not receive the R3000 as promised, I went to FNB to complain then there was a ongoing debit order for 6 months of R1800.

I had to close the account open a new account and when I contacted them, they said they bought books from a loan company that closed down and I app**** in 2012 for a loan which was never paid in full now they taking over the account

I feel that if they wanted to do business with me, they were supposed to be honest from the 1st time instead of deceiving people, tell us listen u owe and we going to deduct down offer loans for people to give them hope then just to take our money.

I feel I was being Un fairly treated I want my R1800 back that they took from me

The lady told me that they can't give it back they paid the money to some other loan shark and she will send proof of payment up until today om still struggling Anyone please advise.
