EZ4U Loans ****!!!!
I got a sms offering me a loan and I accepted the loan, they then went on and requested a debi check and I accepted. That was in May and till date have not received money.
I stopped their debit order and I disputed their account as they haven’t paid me but now I am meant to pay R16000 and it’s causing problems on my report.
I now am dealing with EZ4U loans but they are telling me that they paid off a loan that I had with Bridge loans, which I have never had. They have failed to show me the proof of this loan that they have made on behalf of me.
These people are *********** and they should not be allowed to deduct from us and their collection consultant Nicolene Joubert is very rude and unprofessional too.
When I call into the call center, they can’t pick up my profile using my ID but they are demanding money back from me.
