Complaining

On November 2020 I app**** for loan from ez4u loans but was declined.However in December 2020 they started deducting from my account when I complained I was told that I was given loan which had no proof.I asked that they send me proof that I given loan after that my emails are not rep**** to.Please assist me with this issue.
