*****ing my money!!

This guy called \Adrian"acts on behalf of the owner of this so called company. They demand an admin fee of R500 before they begin anything. I paid this because we were interested in this place and we are relocating so we needed it ASAP. It has been a week and these people do not get back to us. Every time I phone the excuse is that he is waiting for the owner to approve it. How long can this take? Or is the owner just plain lazy? I then went looking for another place. This agency did not charge any admin fee"
