Please watch out for this estate agency and agent, ripped me off with only giving me back half of my deposit, still waiting after 2 months for my electricity deposit back. Was charged R500 for repairs to garden when checking weeks later the garden is the same, was charged R195 for inspection fee which is ********, let me not even get started with when there was problems staying at his dump of a property.. literally!! Over priced **** hole!!! Your day will come ***!!!!
