Their online booking claims to have luxury sedans, yet they don’t have them available this December

Their website claims to have business class sedan. We hired it and a mini bus came to pick us up. When we complained, they claim they don’t have luxury sedans at all this December. Then why not remove it online and not make it available. Now they can’t refund us. They say refund will take 7days. Unacceptable.
