****** Items on Taxi from airport

On returning from OR Tambo in an EZ Shuttle Taxi Ref 369240-2 a cellphone inside a package that also contained other items was left in the taxi. <br> <br> On contacting the company the driver said that he found nothing in the taxi despite the fact that said item was definitely left on the seat and that our journey was his last of the night. <br> <br> We are very annoyed about this as the cellphone is expensive and the other items were of a sentimental nature. <br> <br> EZ Shuttle is not cheap and as such you would expect the level of service to reflect this, however to this day we still have not received a response from EZ Shuttle other than to say that they don't have the items. <br> <br> We would not recommend this taxi service to anyone.<br>
