ez shuttle jumps red robot in pedestrian dense CBD

I just witnessed CF 236 532 jump a red robot while the pedestrian signal was green. This happened on the corner of Burg and Strand street coming out of Cape Sun. When I confronted the driver, he seemed more interested as to why I was confronting him and showed very little remorse for his actions, this is at 8am when people are generally crossing roads and can easily be at risk.
