Extremely poor service by EZ Shuttle Services

I would go below 1 star rating if I could. Experienced extremely poor service from EZ Shuttle. Called this morning to book a trip for guests to get to Lanseria airport and was promised by the consultant, Maritze, she would call me back with a quote - 7 hours later I was still waiting for her call back. I was told that Maritze had had a very busy day with emails and calls - I told her that I was also a client and just as important as any other of their clients. I had to call back numerous times and was told that the manager had left for the day by 3:45pm and would call me on Monday. I await her call to see if she values clients differently compared to her staff. I was kept holding on by Maritze for 16 minutes during which time I called EZ Shuttle on my cell phone as well to try and sort out their incompetence in booking a one way trip to Lanseria airport. I have had to make other, last minute, arrangements due to their lack of customer service.
