Efficient and courteous

The whole process from booking to the end of our journey was efficient. On the outward journey to OR Tambo, l received an sms to inform me that the driver was 10 minutes away and he arrived spot on the arranged time.

On the return journey from OR Tambo, l needed to amend the booking and received an e-mail confirmation acknowledging that this had been done.

Once again l received an smson the return trip to inform me that the driver was nearly at the pick-up point. However, in the mayhem at OR Tambo, we couldn't find the driver and there was an error in the sms: the mobile number and the start of the sentence were joined up, so l couldn't follow the link directly and ended up contacting the call centre who connected the call with the driver.

The cars were clean and the drivers very presentable and polite and drove safely.
