Bad admin service

EZ shuttle in Port Elizabeth has the worst admin people I landed from Cape Town this afternoon to have one of their drivers leave me behind with the group I came with stating my name was not on the list when my head office tried contacting them asking how was I left behind from that group that was picked up,they rep**** by saying it was a miscommunication I stood a whole hour waiting for the same driver who left to come back.Honestly the worse service and I will never stop giving word of month from this poor experience from EZ shuttle.
