A bunch of cons

My name is Kim, requested an online quote with EZ Shuttle and when the taxi driver came to pick me up, he charged me R269 more than the quote! The excuse you give me was that there was a glitch in your system! If I did not miraculously get the money, I would have been stranded. I would demand a refund but ofcourse there's just no proof of anything, seeing as your drivers don't even give the customers a receipt..A professional business would refund anyway. I will never make use of your services again and hope other people are not ****med by you either.
