Insultingly Low Offers and a Complete Waste of Time

Absolutely ridiculous experience at EZ Pawn. I brought in a practically brand-new HP Ryzen 5 laptop with the original box and charger, and the offer I received was honestly insulting. R1500 for a laptop worth several times more is not a serious valuation — it feels like you’re hoping customers are desperate enough to accept anything.

I understand businesses need profit margins, but this was beyond unreasonable. Staff either don’t understand the value of modern electronics or intentionally lowball customers. Complete waste of time. I would strongly advise people to get quotes elsewhere before dealing with this place.
