Poor service!!!

Ez printing company at Jubilee mall. Such unprofessional, clueless employees!!! I called them a day before to inquire if they would be able to courier a carpet cleaning machine for me, the guy I spoke to said I should bring it in so they can weigh it and give me a quotation. I drive to their shop and before I even take off the machine, I speak to them first and the guy says bring in so we can weigh it. I off load it and wait for my a quotation, after a long wait I ask what the problem is only to find out that they don't even have a weighing machine and on top of that their staff is rude. Waste of time!!!! Absolutely unprofessional people who don't even know what they are doing!!!
