Do not buy from Johan Carstens or James Truter also known as Easy cooking. They give a demonstration in your home of an oven very professionally and knowledgeable, claiming it has a life long warranty and the original made in Germany. Received the oven which was faulty and was promised a replacement oven which has not materialized. No branding on oven except for Easy cooking and supported by heart foundation. Absolute ****!!! Unable to contact them, calls and messages being ignored.
