Pre-Occupation Cleaning Terrible

I am extremely disappointed with the service received and will not recommend this company to anyone. For R1,200, none of the blinds where cleaned. The window sills and some of the windows where still dirty. There was sand like debris in the toilet which I can only assume was from them emptying the carpet cleaner in the toilet instead of outside. The shower door had finger print marks on it from when it was installed the day before and was not wiped. Cob webs from front and back porch not removed. The cupboards where not wiped clean. I requested them to clean the walls, and they wiped it with some detergent and said the dirt cannot come off, but when I used a dishwashing sponge and sunlight liquid, it came off perfectly. To top all this off, they scratched new mirrors that where just purchased and installed the day before. Felicity blamed the manufacturer for the mirrors that where damaged, even though they had not a single scratch before they wiped it. She didn't even apologise for the poor service until I asked her to and her apology was \sorry that the work done was not up to your standards". No refund received and no payment towards the damages received to date. """
