carpets were not cleaned

<p>I had purchased two(2) vouchers from your website for carpet cleaning services from EZ cleaners, the vouchers were booked for the 3rd of may for cleaning of carpets at two different properties, minutes away from each other, when the service was done, I could not tell how clean the carpets looked as they were extremely wet and looked clean, once they dried 3-4 days later I noticed that they were still dirty, my tanents contacted me saying the same about the carpets in the other property.</p> <p>I have contacted the owner and told her about the service and that I was not happy with the way the carpets had turned out but she had said that she will only come have a look at it when she is in the area, with no estimation as to when that would be</p>
