Eyewear SA product not delivered

Purchased a pair of Oakley Fast Jacket XL Fire Iridium replacement lenses for R800 using my PayPal account on 6 November 2015. <br> <br> As of today 20 November 2015 product has not been delivered and status of my order on the Eyewear SA website remains at pending authorization. Eyewear SA were credited by PayPal on 6th November 2015, so how can the status still be pending authorization??? <br> <br> They commit to deliver within 2-3 working days, 14 days have elapsed without delivery. I have called a number of times but cannot get through.<br> <br> Buyers beware.
