On the 15th of December I made a payment to this company to an item that showed "in stock" on the website. Once the payment wad done, they confirmed that all is in order and the item will be picked. After that they informed me that the item is now out of stock. Not very responsive to emails, eventually they told me that they can refund me. I phoned them to process the refund after which they asked for banking details, until now there is no further correspondence and no refund. I have again sent numerous emails and left me stranded with no money and no gift. They do not respond to emails timeously and do not care with regards to customer service.

I need my refund today!!!
